Amazing! I'm on my 4th day and I feel lighter! I weighed myself today and I'm 2 lbs lighter. WaHoo!! I have not been able to drop in months. I feel like the food I'm putting into my body is working for my body the way it should be, for nutrition, not just to fill up. Love it!!

The same has happened for me. I'm about 2 lbs lighter and the main things Karen & I did were to modify our eating habits and start incorporating some exercise. Eliminating the carbs late in the day was a HUGE help. Now if I can just follow Karen's lead and eliminate the coffee ...
